Basic Information
Anatomy
Having no legs and two arms, their claws and jaws are formidable. Their heads are small and scales can be almost any color on the spectrum. They are medium in size.
Genetics and Reproduction
Colors and patterns are valued by parents and tribes. Much like koi fish, certain patterns are highly sought after. Superstition dictates that certain scale patterns predict the aptitudes and personalities of the hatchling.
Growth Rate & Stages
Naga-Tel reach maturity at 10 years old. They tend to live until around 70 years old, but up to 90 outside of the marsh if they have the proper accommodations.
Ecology and Habitats
They prefer dark, humid, marshy environments and spend much of their time stalking prey in water. They live in established cities, most of which they did not build, as well as small villages with huts of mud.
Dietary Needs and Habits
Naga-Tel are carnivorous, and have the constitution to allow them to eat the many poisonous foods in their environment.
Biological Cycle
Through their lifespans, they can consistently lay eggs and fertilize them. They shed as they grow, but shedding ends entirely after the cessation of size growth.
Behaviour
Naga-Tel are typically short-fused and have a hunters instinct. They are able to coexist in the modernized world of other nations, but more often than not they prefer not to be held to outsider status quos.

Perception and Sensory Capabilities
They have exquisite senses of vision as they spend most of their lives in the dense, dark marshes. the rest of their senses are similar in quality to humans, though they are better at sensing vibrations.
Conservation Status
Once existing all along Trinen and Mot D'nir, they now mostly exist in the conservative territories of the Kraken Mur and in independent villages deep within the marshes.
