Local Naga-Tel privately declare Tara-Jhen as enemies

The declaration of the northern Naga-Tel that the Tara-Jhen had goals that opposed their own.

After the war of the mountain, the Naga-Tel of the north wished to continue the war against the human meddling. Unfortunately, the Tara-Jhen would allow it to continue purely as a way to preserve the Quai in the region. While the lizardfolk had varying opinions on this, the Gidofems within Thiff were all unanimous in their decision to relent. At the time, all Tara-Jhen territories followed the word of Thiff, and as such the decision was final.   Having to allegiance to the Quai, the snakefolk wished to keep fighting but had very few means to do so. Their population was 1/10 that of the lizardfolk across the nation and northern traversal was more difficult for the snakefolk.   The Naga-Tel would not take action for the time being, but made sure to watch out for opportunities to take action against the mountain cities of Trinen.
