The increase of tensions between the snake and lizardfolk as a result of casting the Naga-Tel from the mining and trade towns in the mountains.

While the Naga-Tel were already on shaky grounds with the lizardfolk across the continent, the exile of their kin from the mountain cities would only charge their activism. This would begin the cascade of attacks against the mines of Jerborg.
