Ersa Helgaard
Heir Ersa Helgaard (a.k.a. the Fruitless Heir)
Ersa Helgaard was the youngest daughter of Vetti Helgaard and Warren the Steward. Warren III had taken a liking to her compared to his other children. This was initially because of their similar facial features, but grew further as he observed her temperament towards obstacles. He began grooming her to become the baron when she was 12 years old and saw that she had a combination of practical skills and spiritual knowledge to lead an ever-growing haseti .
By the time her father died, she performed his funeral rights of burial in salt. Days later, when her coronation was soon to occur, she celebrated with select family members and haseti members in Steirvem's longhuse. She died of alcohol poisoning as a result of this celebration. Foul play was claimed, and she got an unfortunately rushed funeral. Though she did not get to succeed her father as intended, she was allowed a burial place directly next to him within the ground of barons.
