The Elfen
It is a privilege to come across one of the Elfen. You can always tell an Elfen from a Fae or a human. The Elfen resemble more their human parentage rather than their Faen heritage, and yet they are taller than humans, often above six feet, and have the gift of Awen and they have a charm about them that makes them irresistable.
Basic Information
Anatomy
Unlike their Faen parents, Elfen only have one form, and that is the same bipedal predatory form of the humans. Two legs, two arms, face on their head.

They grow the same as mortal children until they reach maturity, after which their aging slows immensely, giving them an appearance of youth far longer than their mortal kindred.

Facial characteristics
Not as slender and angular as the Fae, but still hints and echoes of the sharp cheekbones as the Fae. They tend to narrower faces than the mortals but have the same facial hair as mortals

Perception and Sensory Capabilities
They have the taste, touch, smell, hearing, and sight of humans, although their hearing and sight are often enhanced beyond the capabilities of most humans. They also inherit a fraction of the gift for the Faen-sense of the Awen. They can often feel when terrible things happen to the places they are connected with.
