Bini Honorsplitter

The current Magistrate of the town of Nedev, Bini has been serving the Baron since the founding of Nedev, first as an officer in the Keep Guards, and for the past several years as Magistrate.
Bini is a quiet woman, and she tries to insure that any court proceedings that are brought to her are dealt with quickly and fairly, but she has no tolerance for those commit treason against the Baron or the town.
She lives in Nocroth Keep in apartments in one of the towers.
