Saidari Cusalo (Sigh-dar-ee)
Saidari is one of the humans who fell into the Seam when the earthquake struck the town of Ghorab. Saidari was dancing with her husband Sahar when the quake struck, and together the two of them fell into the Mushroom Seam. They joined the party of survivors trying to escape the Seam.
Personality
Saidari is an introvert like her husband, but quite the tough cookie. She is stubborn to the bone. She hates it when someone tries to take advantage of another. Religious, Saidari pays her respects to all the Guardians, praying to each of them on their assigned days.
Thus far, not much is known about Saidari. She has shown that she can be tough, not hesitating when Nadir told her to jump from the top of the mushroom, and when her husband was in danger she didn’t hesitate to try and fight off the beast attacking him.
Chronicles
History
Saidari was born in Gharob, the daughter of a local lumberjack and a seamstress. Her mother’s business was quite successful, and Saidari grew up learning to barter and sell her mother’s goods. She was also quite spoiled as a young woman, and grew to like nice trinkets.
When visiting Asgarov, she got into a bidding war against Sahar. Sahar outbid her, ridiculously high, and then gifted her the music box. The two quickly became engaged and have been married now for two years. Sahar moved with her to Gharob, where they intend to build their own trading company.
The Mushroom Seam
When Saidari fell, she landed on a mushroom alongside Sahar, who rolled off the mushroom. She called for help, and eventually Nadir al-Karak arrived, telling her to jump into his arms. She tripped on the way to the edge, taking a tumble and landing on top of him. Fortunately, she walked away with only a few bruises. When the slithering horrors attacked, Sahar and Saidari were left to fend for themselves. Saidari dragged Sahar away from the battle, but one of the horrors managed to follow them and began to consume Sahar. Davaa saved Sahar, throwing a dagger into the horror and slaying it, and once again Nadir healed him. Saidari thanked him profusely, calling him blessed. With her husband stricken by terrible fear, Saidari has been hovering around him trying to comfort him, and at times being left in charge of dragging him along with the rest of the survivors
