Aodian Channel Bridges

The aodian channel bridges is a collection of bridges consisting of all bridges within Aodios that cross Sinnar's Channel. These bridges are the only way to access the inner wards on the surface and thus have become a iconic symbol of Aodios.
Purpose / Function
Commemoration
On every bridge a number of statues is displayed that commemorate a person that has accomplished a great deed for Aodios. Depending on inbetween which ward the bridge is located the type of displayed statues varries.Outer ward
On bridges crossing into the outer ward, statues of the so-called 'Wardens of Aodios' are displayed, these are glorious defenders of Aodios that have protected the city in the past and have performed heroic feats while fighting the enemys of the nefadric empire.
Middle ward
On bridges crossing into the middle ward, statues of the so-called 'Patrons of Aodios' are displayed, these are famous artists, generous merchants, talented musicians, gifted performers and other exceptional figures contributing to the public life in Aodios.
Inner ward
On bridges crossing into the inner ward, statues of the so-called 'Saints of Aodios' are displayed, these are holy men and women that have shaped the religious wellbeing of Aodios.
