Manifestation

Wild Magic places feel energetic and full of life. Unlike Holy Ground, this is not the serene and safe feeling of life, but rather the frenetic expression of survival and consumption and living.   Wild magic is sometimes known as 'chaos magic,' especially when its being used for evil ends such as the atrocities of the Orc spawning pools.   Wild magic has a tendency to run out of control when spells are attempted. When casting a spell, roll a DC 15 Concentration Check to avoid rolling on the Wild Magic Chart.

Localization

Wild Magic typically exists around nodes and confluences, much as portals do. They especially can be found in an area that once had a means of concentrating magic that has been reclaimed by nature, such as old Grimhii relay towers or Saurian breeding pits. The final resting places of beings of great magical power can also permeate the area this way.
