Structure
The Ten Masters are the ten grandmasters of the constituent guilds. Their exact identities are secret, and the locations and times of their meetings are likewise shrouded in secrecy. They don't even know the identities of the other grandmasters, as they wear masks in their meetings. The membership of their aides, advisers, and assassins are likewise entirely anonymous.

Officially, the Tenmasters Alliance exists to ensure the economic prosperity of all and prevent destructive trade disruptions.
Assets
The Tenmasters Guild is known to employ dozens (at a minimum) of advisers and aides, at least ten ambassadors to represent them with various groups, and an unknown number of assassins.

History
Officially formed after the Second Crusade of 325 after an influx of gold plundered from dragons' lairs made craftsmen extremely rich, the Tenmasters Alliance had been coalescing for at least five years previously and steadily consolidated over the next fifty or so years after they had created the name and codified their charter.
