The Pale Candle
Purpose / Function
The Pale Candle was once a great temple and home base for the militant acolytes of The Black Parade in contrast to Black Owl Temple which focused more on easing the passing from life into death. The Pale Candle and it's warriors were purposed with seeking out lost souls and ushering them to The Underworld before they could harm the living.
