Mt. Gan'Ur
The highest peak at the western end of the Elbara Mountains, this mountain was originally a volcano that rose alongside the rest of the mountains hundreds of years ago. It's volcanic nature, as well as many other secrets of the mountain, is kept in check by the presence of an immortal ruler, though this position has changed hands many times, as has the name of the mountain. Due to it's long but somewhat forgotten history, it is full of ruins of fallen civilizations, shrines to deities both alive and dead, and greater mysteries tied to it through magical means.
Geography
Mt. Gan'Ur is nearly fifteen thousand feet high and is miles of black stone, fragmented forest, and hidden secrets.
The base of the mountain is decently forested with tall trees and volcanic plant life. This is the safest part of the mountain which is why it's densely populated with a wide variety of wildlife. Along it's varying slopes you'll find a number of caves, some that link together through tunnels to form a greater cave system.
