Denizens of the underground, these creatures, pale and mottled with filth, weren't known of until after the explosion in Phorosburg. Despite the Phorosburg connection, they are more prevalent in Stranwell, and sewer workers in the city have discovered that the creatures like to inhabit the dark, filthy tunnels down there. In addition, urchins are spotted in shaded copses, drainage ditches, and pretty much all low, poorly-traveled places of the urban environment.
In these dark recesses, the urchins have started to develop a bond with colonies of murk-dwelling lizards about the size of a monitor lizard, which they call the Murk Lizard.
  There are rumors that larger, more intelligent versions of urchin-kind are lurking on the fringes of society, but, to date, no one has seen any sign of their existence.

Normal Speed: Urchins are fast for their size, and have a base speed of 30 feet.
Darkvision: Urchins can see in the dark up to 60 feet.
Skilled: +4 racial bonus on Ride and Stealth checks.
