Always the seekers of knowledge, the Dannamore has recently invested significant resources into establishing the means to continue expanding. Hundreds of folk from all across Allegri have been recruited into the newest branch of the organization: The R.E.D.
This new division of the Dannamore has barely gotten up and running but has already made a huge cultural impact it's homecity! The first and only 'adventurers guild' to be permitted by the Mansa, folks have started traveling across the country to apply for work with the well estabished institution. Due to the slow dissemination of its existence, those who make it a pilgrimage are still relatively few in number compared to those who have been recruited by Dannamore representatives or scouted from the younger students at the university.
Recruitment
Nearly anyone could be scouted for the R.E.D. however they must meet certain criteria before being formally enrolled in the organization and joining any missions. Primarily the individual must be physically capable of long journeys and have the cognitive ability to recognize and investigate potential areas of interest to the R.E.D. whether planned or spontaneous. Many current members have been recruited through other branches of the Dannamore as they usually have professors or supervisors that can vouche for their skills.
Structure
The R.E.D. is overseen directly by the Dannamore and the Director is responsible for reports on all significant matters. The Director of R.E.D. currently operates with nearly complete autonomy and is trusted by Dannamore boardmembers. So far things have gone very well and the Director has made sure that his superiors are aware of his successes. Being a massive new division of the Dannamore, the Director has free clearance to appoint new roles as needed and currently has over a dozen individuals reporting back to him, many of whom he's given their own subordinates to help get the entire division up and operating at capacity.
