Djúp Trekijàrn, Those Of The Depths
The Djúp Trekijàrn, often named “the Djúp”, were criminals and volunteers who were sent to explore the depths of Vregva. As they were going deeper they found less and less water and wood essences, more and more fire and metal essence, but could not use these ones. This lack in usable essence caused deficiencies that weakened them. Reaching new depths they began to sense the presence of a strange power : the dark essence. They used it to catalize the little of water and wood essence they could find to fill their deficiencies. With time this new diet and environment made them change, they became corrupted, their skin grew thicker and rougher and its color changed. They named the cave Fjólub. They are under the protection of Dægyth and Hröttorn.
