Torrine (Tor-ˈEen)

The country town of Torrine was thrust into celebrity when the current Duke of Chiador, Vau Treeheart made it the new county seat of Tabrela and more importantly, the duchy seat of Chiador. This move angered the folk of Draysard, the former county seat, and infuriated the city elders of Fairmouth, the prior seat of the duchy.
