The Four Es brain trust was a board of scientists that assisted in the production of Hyperrovers by doing tests for safety and coming up with new innovations in that vein.
Disbandment
There where some very unsavory rumors going around back in the day that Emma Edwardc used to kidnap pirate doctors and make them preform strange experiments involving colossi.
She flat out denied these baseless acusatons, though she did admit to rescuing a few doctors from pirates in the past. The trust was disbanded after her death and all questions about what she had been up to where dismissed by her grandson after letting the Vondren Military investigate.
