Yulan Sheng

Yulan Sheng is one of the more major nations to have emerged from the fall of Meihua. It lies in eastern Xin-Jiyu, and claims most of the core structures of the former Empire. It is ruled with a more democratic hand, but not one that is any less strict than its predecessor - the law, however, now applies far more equally than it once did.
