The Witch-Tribes of Iskaldhal are a collective of witches, shamans, and other similar occult practitioners that gather into small, specific tribes like the Nivasi. They are respected and feared throughout Iskaldhal for the terrifying arts they practice, especially when they gather into larger groups.
Every few years, the leaders of the various tribes call a summit. What happens in these meetings is known only to the Witch-Tribes themselves.
