Captain Ryseon An'thimael was a well-known captain of a squadron of Galasthin's military and a lesser member of the noble House An'dare. He was married to Commander Lyadrí An'thimael, and fathered their child, Ilurae An'thimael. He served as a paladin, wielding holy light and an easy smile, and was known for his good humour and willingness to teach.
He was killed in a fight towards the western border of Galasthin, taken down by a foul bandit group from Vuorenmaa that had been amassing strength in the region. He did not die for naught, but sacrificed himself for his comrades - his death paved the way for his squadron's victory, in the end. His body was recovered and returned to his family. His daughter was only six years old at his time of passing.
