Cuthbert is an immortal oread wizard who has long lingered outside the boundaries of law. He is, first and foremost, a scholar of the impossible, and seeks to break boundaries in both magic and research.
He does not care to share tales of his origins with many, but will readily admit to hailing from the Iskaldhan nation of Hvalgora. More than that, he does not often say.
In recent years, he has been something of a mentor to a few of the street urchins running around Gildómar's darkest streets.
