Belial

Belial is an archdevil demigod that hails directly from Hell. They are a creature of temptation and desire, preferring to corrupt mortals and spread the seed of sinborn tieflings through Istralar and other worlds rather than causing the violence many lesser devils aspire to.
They were trapped on Takawaoku by Gaia's Lament alongside a number of other demigods. To pass the time and prevent the Earth-Mother's Gift from claiming too many souls, they started the Silkways with the demon lord Socothbenoth.
Their realm on Takawaoku is within the Devil's Spears, chosen specifically due to the area's preexisting name. Due to Socothbenoth's poor choices, they also hold some level of ownership or power over the demon lord's Den of Luxury in Xotlan.
