PDRMN Chief of Naval Command

The second highest role in the Navy of the PDRM, this is an incredibly prestigious position, and is typically the step before becoming the PDRMN Chief. Because of the timing schedule though, typically they will take on a lower role for 2 years before this. On a day to day basis they typically just assist the Chief with the Naval Operations, and act as an interface for the "Fleet Admirals", the Admirals that actually commands Fleets. Overall, they will typically have a day very similar to the chief, and with the daily Chief meeting, they can rarely be very far from Mars.
The CNC has a personal staff of at most 4.

Requirements

Same as any other admiral, though normally also at least one term as an admiral, and typically 2 or 3.
