Members of the Northern Free-State Singularity, Inheritor Alliance, and Galatea Council polities meet on Saliv. Negotiations take the better part of a day. A non aggression pact is signed among all parties. All parties promise to respect the independence and territorial rights of the Inheritor Alliance. All parties except the Elysium Protectorate agree to be part of a metaspace research center built on Saliv's barren moon. The NFSS agrees to send a small warship and its contingent of soldiers to assist with the land war on Brizeno.
