The Abyss

The Abyss is a location that hoomans believe is where the deceased go if they've done atrocious things in their lifetime, to the point where the stars believed that they have to be punished. It has been mentioned in documents relating to The Songs of the Stars.
It's most modern interpretation is based off of texts relating to Reminia, which has been reduced mostly to legend.

Comparision with the Void

Not to be confused with The Void. While there is overlap, they are functionally different.
