The ALPHA Program's head of research and development division, putting her at the forefront of the development of advance technology and experimental drugs that the Program is famous for. Many survivors of various lab raids made over the years would note her very low morals as she commits various acts of torture and evil in order to sate her curiosity. With many of said victims losing their limbs, organs, and parts of their body mutated beyond repair.
Criminal Level: S. Though as far as we are aware she has no known powers or skills her habit of using just about anyone for her scientific research has made her a very big target for many in the hidden world.

As a young girl she has always been interested in fairytales and folklore, though not necessarily for the romances and pretty princes but rather for the extraordinary creatures that have appeared in each book. She admire and was fond over the idea of these creatures existence only to be disappointed that such things were not a part of our reality. However this did result in her curiosity towards biology, zoology, and cyrptozoology allowing her to graduate highschool by 14 and even expand her knowledge into at the time modern medicine.
It was no surprise when by the time she reached her late twenties she would be confronted by a younger Adam (King of Hearts) who thought her talents were being underutilized as prior despite her achievements she would get turn down for major positions due to her age. Not to mention rumors were also being spread about her outlandish theories as she noticed oddities in human biology that can't be expained by medical science, almost as if ther are an invisble organ that can allow humans to perform incredible feats. Once word spread about it she lost most of her credibility and couldn't procure any worth while jobs for her. Adam bluntly tells her that there's more truth to what she speculated than she realize and proceed to offer her a position in his organization if she truly wanted to understand the world. With no other option she took the jobs and was immmiedatle transfered over as Adam's apprentice, and would much to her glee was introduce to the world's true face.
Eva has partaken in many of the group’s many experimentation projects on the unique lifeforms that have been obtained over the years, hoping to better understand how they work and how to replicate it. She grew immense fascination over these creatures when seeing how superior they were compared to humans, to the point where she puts more value on them then her children (if she had any). Her best day ever was when the CIA pulled ALPHA’s funding and were later taken in by a different group that was a tad more lenient when it comes to her preferred methodologies. This allowed her to take her experiments to a whole new level where she would secretly perform her test on her own men. Claiming it was all for advancing their latent potential and ultimately, validate her own beliefs. Even though her technical boss/mentor Adam has known about her dangerous methods, he essentially allows it on account of her skill and success rates when came to her creations. Plus, it allows him to also keep a closer eye on her as despite her vocal praise many of her surving victims claim that she tends to talk about with venom in her voice when she believes she's alone.
Rumors had a while back that she began several projects looking into the idea of artificial lifeforms such as Homunculus, Golem, the manipulation of the genetics of existing creatures, and drug enhancements. Supposively the homunculus one has already been brought to fruitation a few years back but we don't have much regarding the logistics of it all.
Accomplishments & Achievements
- Head Scientist during the supposive 'KODE project', the project that claimed to involve the creation of artifiacial humans based on the text of the homunculous.
Morality & Philosophy
According to reports made by the CIA and Vigilant, she appears to have litttle to no remorse or compassion when conducting her experiments that tend to result in the mutilation of her test subjects. Only time she seem to ever shed tears over her actions is when a valuable subject dies before she got all of what she needed from it.
