The Turning Wheel
The Turning Wheel is a secret cult dedicated to Pirogane, the god of strife and discord. Based in the town of Gathansin, the group seeks to destabilise the local economy, breaking the dominance of the town's leading merchants.
Its members include a number of younger scions of Gathansin's elite. The cult is led by Farnon Haddinan, the Master of the Blue Guild; unbeknown to other members, Haddinan is using the group simply to undermine his business competitors. He feeds the young members a hocum ideology and vision, and they do his dirty work for him.

Sabeen Chalamm is the daughter of wealthy Kazlaamerchant Arkil Chalamm.

A young Makkun member of the Turning Wheel, Trivasenn is the daughter of a wealthy dye merchant member of the Blue Guild.
Temboneem Werras
A young human member of the Turning Wheel cult, Werras is the younger son of a merchant family.

Dal-Tarr Sarenn
While not directly associated with the cult, the arena champion Sarenn is engaged by Haddinan as a bodyguard and close companion.
