Olin Yorshan

Commander Olin Yorshan is a senior officer of the Peacekeeper forces in Teros.
Yorshan commands the Peacekeepers in the Redpeaks , directing all activities from Castle Birishad , where 600 Peacekeepers are stationed. His forces are well-adapted to mountain warfare, and he has fortified positions along the key routes through the region.
Young, and newly-promoted, Commander Yorshan is a man of good intentions with a sense of duty. His idealism is often at odds with the more seasoned veterans under his command, many of whom resent taking orders from someone they consider inexperienced. Tensions are further heightened by the attitudes of the local Terossian population, who view the Peacekeepers with distrust and resentment.
Yorshan has done his best to establish a fair rule and build rapport with the people, but his efforts are continually undermined by the actions of more corrupt Peacekeepers in other outposts, whose greed and cruelty taint the reputation of Forbin’s forces across Teros.
