House Darbun 985-1099

House Darbun came to power during a time of chaos and uncertainty, seizing the throne of Remon during the succession crisis that followed the death of Asandrin III of Forbin.   The Darbun dynasty is characterized by its struggle to maintain control amidst both internal challenges and external threats. Despite facing usurpation and internal conflict, the house managed to reclaim the throne and restore order several times, showing resilience in the face of adversity.   The Darbun kings were known for their fierce determination to keep the kingdom united, but their reign ultimately ended in instability, leading to the rise of House Frentor.     The usurper Hormal took the throne in 1073.     House Darbun reclaimed the throne the following year.

House Frentor 1099-1236

House Frentor took the throne after the fall of House Darbun, marking a period of relative stability and growth for Remon. Jorrel I, the first of the Frentor kings, solidified the kingdom’s borders and strengthened its institutions.   The Frentor rulers are remembered for their emphasis on justice and governance, striving to bring order and prosperity to the land. However, the later years of the Frentor reign were marred by succession disputes and declining royal authority, setting the stage for the rise of House Lubonn.

House Lubonn 1236-1279

House Lubonn ascended to the throne after the murder of Alynn I, marking a new chapter in Remon’s history. The Lubonn kings, particularly Jayn II and III, are known for their attempts to modernize the kingdom and strengthen its economy.   However, their reign was also characterized by internal strife and challenges to their legitimacy. Despite these efforts, the house’s relatively short reign came to a violent end with the rise of House Prostis, as internal dissent and external pressures proved too much to overcome.

House Prostis 1279-1485

House Prostis is one of the most notorious dynasties in Remon’s history, coming to power through bloodshed and treachery. Harmel II’s brutal seizure of the throne set the tone for a reign marked by ruthlessness and ambition.   The Prostis rulers were known for their iron-fisted rule, often resorting to extreme measures to maintain control. Despite their harsh methods, they managed to bring a degree of stability to the kingdom during their long reign. However, their tyranny eventually led to widespread discontent, culminating in the violent overthrow of the dynasty by House Erloss.

House Erloss 1485-1619

House Erloss seized the throne through murder and deception, establishing themselves as a cunning and opportunistic dynasty. The Erloss kings were skilled political operators, adept at navigating the complex web of alliances and rivalries that defined the period. Their reign saw both prosperity and turmoil, with periods of strong leadership followed by bouts of instability.   The house's ability to reclaim the throne after being temporarily ousted is a testament to their resilience. However, their legacy is tainted by betrayal and internal discord, leading to their eventual fall and the rise of House Nakkar.     The usurper Nemarn took the throne in 1599.     House Erloss reclaimed the throne in 1610:

House Nakkar 1619-1691

House Nakkar came to power after the sudden death of Girin III, representing a new beginning for the kingdom.   The Nakkar rulers, especially Otharn and Flandris III, are remembered for their attempts to restore stability and strengthen the kingdom's military and economic foundations. Their reign was marked by a return to more traditional values and a focus on consolidating royal power. However, their efforts were ultimately undermined by internal strife and external threats, leading to the mysterious disappearance of Queen Messindath and the rise of House Ommadar.

House Ommadar 1691-1965

House Ommadar ruled Remon during a period of significant change and challenge. Led by figures like Ledrin I and Jorrel IV, the Ommadar dynasty is known for its efforts to modernize the kingdom and expand its influence.   The house's long reign saw periods of prosperity and relative peace, but also moments of intense conflict and upheaval. The later years of their rule were marked by increasing internal pressure and the eventual abdication of Rynn II, signaling the end of an era and the rise of House Pennon.

House Pennon 1965-2028

House Pennon took the throne following the abdication of Rynn II, ushering in a period of reform and renewal.   Kings such as Petrynn and Fyntin were known for their focus on restoring the kingdom’s economy and strengthening its institutions. However, their reign was also marked by significant challenges, including the usurpation by Varn Borrallon. Despite this, House Pennon managed to reclaim the throne, but the dynasty's rule ended with the assassination of Fyntin, paving the way for House Tharmas.     The usurper Varn Borrallon took the throne in 2002.     House Pennon reclaimed the throne in 2003:

House Tharmas 2028-2155

House Tharmas rose to power in the aftermath of Fyntin's assassination, with Ledrin II taking the throne as a young and inexperienced ruler.   The Tharmas dynasty is remembered for its attempts to navigate the complexities of modern governance while dealing with external threats and internal dissent. Despite facing numerous challenges, the house managed to maintain stability for over a century, though their rule was eventually cut short by the untimely death of King Hecham, leading to the rise of House Gannin.

House Gannin 2155-present

House Gannin currently rules Remon, having taken the throne following the death of King Hecham.   The Gannin rulers, beginning with Dayn V, have sought to restore and strengthen the kingdom's standing in the Helerin Archipelago. Known for their pragmatism and diplomatic skill, the Gannin dynasty has focused on maintaining peace and stability while navigating the challenges of modern governance.   Under their rule, Remon has remained a key player in regional politics, and the Gannin kings and queens continue to shape the kingdom’s future.
