The Kraken's Bunkhouse
The Kraken's is Sea Side's den of ill repute as it were. Though this inn specializes it's service to sailors and Nauts, the general public are welcome within (though few will openly confess to being a patron here). Still, if someone is seeking gambling, lodging, illicit jobs, and/or the shady information of Corio's underside, one only need to travel to the Kraken. The price for such luxuries are negotiable, but the service itself is always available. Here, gossip, confessions of love, and blackmail alike are whispered from the lips of the employees and patrons. But beware, if you leave with even half as much of the gold in your pocket when you arrived, then you're lucky.
Architecture
This shanty of an inn seems ill equipped to handle long term residence. The stone wall appears crumbling, the roof has notable tiles missing, and every now and then a window is broken in some random bar fight. Though, hey, at least it promises a good time, no?
