Although technically a lesser house, the nobles of house Zlatarov are Marinovica’s bankers, lenders, and financiers.  They primarily hold dominion over Marinovica's banking system, ensuring the city’s economy remains strong.  Notably, house Zlatarov is the only dwarven nobles within the city - although there are quite a few dwarven wizards in the city's Magisterium.  Though they claim neutrality, almost every noble house is indebted to them in some way, and their predictions of financial trends seem eerily accurate.
