Stay the course young one, and you will soon be given the sweetest treasure. Learn from sun and moon, established for you. A divine presence guards your steps, guiding you in all that is true. Heed these words little stars, less your light fade and die. Wandering through the blackness night, wandering in ignorance as you cry.
The Woods of Scion stands as one of the four forests of Hacienda. A vibrant landscape, with hills and valleys encompassing the larger portions of this place, symbolizing the highs and lows of boyhood. The roles of being a son, nephew, and brother are but a few of the young male roles that can exist here. Monuments threw out Scion portray messages of energy, adventure, and a sense of wonder to those to gaze upon them. The inner forests that dwell in Mount Shaddai's shadow are home to some of the most vibrant creatures and foliage that call Hacienda Isles their home. A land full of adventure and a hint of recklessness can be felt and experienced here in Scion. Small, yet wild rivers split themselves all over the forest floor, reaching even the outer limits of this energetic place. Be warned though, you adventurous son and brave brother alike. Stray too far from home and adventure can take very quickly devolve into reckless and dangerous pursuits that can cost your family dearly. Stray to the edge of Scion and there may be even a worse fate then shame awaiting you in the chaos below.
Geography
Scion is home to some of the wildest creatures and plants in Hacienda. Kapok, Chicle, and dragon trees are only some of the species of trees that establish their roots in Scion's dense forest regions. Bamboo is common here, along with pocketed groves of wild olive shoots occasionally being spotted within this dense forest. Though one could consider Scion a jungle in some respects, with its humid climate, exotic wildlife, and dense tree line there are several types of environments coming together in impossible ways under normal earthly circumstances. One perspective could see Scion as being the most unstable forest when compared to its neighboring tree lines, with overall growth sometimes heading into areas that should normally be avoided. The Pelican that sits atop Mount Shaddai's peak always keeps its eyes on Scion and its inhabitants, giving brilliant light to the jungles of boyhood and adventure.
The canyons that scar the landscape strive to pressure the inhabitants of Scion into acts of recklessness and danger, bellowing lies and false rewards of fulfillment with serrated grins and devious smiles. Be warned, sons of Hacienda, do not give in to the peer pressures of others, less you risk losing yourself forever.
Natural Resources
If one looks carefully under the crevasses and rocks of Scion you will shocked to find a wide array of strange and wonderful treasures. From bizarre insects to oddly shaped gemstones, all manner of miscellaneous things end up in Scion in one way or another. Curiosity and imagination can be wonderful gifts to those that receive them. Like hidden gems that delight the eye are the curious souls that enrich a family's heart. Search with guidance and wisdom and you will find pleasant things, yet what is often searched for is determined by the heart. Long for darker things and you will find what you seek.
