Kőrércarc Mávő Vov’taloz

Blonde long haired religious leader in big city-- has minor magic staining on his fingers-- actually wants to become a god bc he has a god complex and thinks himself on the same level as jensò or hìzámạ́. Recurring antagonist that eventually becomes a toji in a cruel (or well deserved lol) twist of fate. He openly preaches that toji are abominations before the gods and are evil in every way. Eventually breaks (due to the toji status) and clings to "The other one", as interaction with them became the only sense of normalcy he can attain. (Maybe Too uses him for his body?)
Blonde antag has white feathers on his face, back, arms/hands, legs, and abdomen, alongside feathery wings on his back, but painstakingly plucks all but the ones on his wings out to give a more perfect "humanoid" appearance. In order to have more political sway in that particular theocratic city-state. Which worked-- he's effectively the head of government there. He also has kind of bird-like feet, which he binds and covers. Additionally, he keeps his talons neatly filed into rounded shapes.
Raised by the clergy in Csúnckak-- originally thought to be female, he spent most of his younger years among nuns. Only when his tengu traits started coming in was he revealed to be male, and was subsequently lashed (by the head nun) and turned over to the priestly order (the male equivalent, essentially). He was immediately placed in the clergy’s training program/education, as his percieved beauty was considered holy. His more non-human traits had to be controlled, though. So the priests in charge of him at the time started binding his feet, plucking undesirable feathers, and carefully filing his nails.
Soon after he started undergoing these procedures, he caught the attention of the current (at the time) head of the church + government. Once again drawn in by his beauty, this man began grooming Mávő into taking over the position after him. However, he also groomed Mávő in the more conventional way— and soon began sexually abusing him. FIlling his head with lies, that this would make him closer to their god, and that he would one day be more important than even the gods.
This treatment, spanning years (over a decade— nearly two), cemented these twisted ideas in his head, and reinforced his already existing god complex (while also ruining his relationship with physical relationships, and causing his stability to fray over the years following that man’s death).

he doesn’t really see anyone as individuals, just variables; pawns to reach whatever end he desires. Thinks he has the right to toy with people’s lives how he wishes (he should be a god, after all)
Not all bad; has some pretty alright takes too:
Execute rapists, women deserve respect— he still respects them more than men— gives women far more rights during his reign + selects a female successor. Spends time playing with the little girls in the order, and the ones generally in the city (part of his loving persona, but part of him deep deep deep down enjoys it— it reminds him of his own childhood).
