Came into existance before jensò.
hìzámạ́ means Chaos in masuge-dǎo; his corresponding name in his language is hizama (no tones).

Divine Domains

I suppose his pocket dimensions count-- one that i actually have thought about is effectively a personal library (which was extremely messy-- for the most part, before beings in the world started focusing on architecture he didn't either- so it was just a dimension of books everywhere), which contains all of the texts he wrote throughout the eons. For the most part, he doesn't properly enter that one- preferring to summon the texts he had in mind.

Effectively, he just doesn't want to be bored (or completely alone). His actual goals and preferred action change throughout the eons, as anything can get boring after millennia (that's why he isn't constantly creating or changing species- it gets boring after a while).

Personal history

During the time when the first 'true' trees lived, hìzámạ́ emerged from shadows. While figuring out the world around him, and the powers he possessed, he created several species of fauna and flora. Others he let progress without interference.
Around the same point, he created [the language and written form], based off of the language that he came into existance with a knowledge of (masuge-dǎo). He used his personal language to record as much as he possibly could-- including his thought process/techniques for forming plants and animals, how to create pocket dimensions/infuse magic into more aspects of the world/how the world and its contents look and behave throughout time, among other things. He keeps all of his texts in a pocket dimension and summons them as desired.
[Rough timeline: Planet comes into existence => some life is present on land + sea (~like earth 360 million years ago - when the first 'true' trees lived) => he emerges from shadows => created some fauna/flora- let others progress otherwise => created the language and written form (though potentially not in the most Unnamed Species atm friendly way- didn't actually have to write physically or handle pages with claws- he could have just used magic) => records as much as possible- thought process/techniques for forming plants and animals, how to create pocket dimensions/infuse magic into more aspects of the world/how the world and its contents look and behave throughout time, among other things. => keep texts in a pocket dimension and summons texts as desired. => has two major forms that can be fluidly switched between (and all the combinations between the two) => created species that looks more like the ""dragon"" form and plants the seeds for intelligent thought and magical ability => leaves species alone for millions of years- unaware of the fact that the method used to create the original species also caused their biology to be pulled towards his more humanoid form throughout the millennia => when they show signs of sapience, chaos becomes more interested again- begins sharing/ teaching them the language he made through dreams and visions]

He was effectively alone from the time he came into existence to the time where jensò comes into existance (and a bit beyond that-- they were completely unaware of the other's existance for millenia). In a nutshell, he's a bit cracked
