Neverwinter Town Guard

The town guard of Neverwinter enforces the local laws. 
On Day 1 of the campaign (14 Tarsakh), Quinner Knox led the Three Blind Mice (Conor McGregor, Herb Stoner and Jory Undammuth) to Firestorm Inn after the chaos earlier that evening at Goat Lips. The trio was hoping to avoid being seen by the Neverwinter Town Guard after witnesses fled from the fight that broke out at the tavern. After arriving at Quinner's room on the second floor of the inn, the group heard alarm bells outside the window. Quinner and Herb looked through the window and saw five members of the town guard arriving at Goat Lips to investigate.

Public Agenda

The Neverwinter Town Guard's jurisdiction is only within the city walls. They aren't typically concerned about anything happening outside of Neverwinter.
