Castle Galca

Castle Galca is a ruin that exists within the Githind Swamp, approximately 10km north of Glod, and is the de jure seat of power of House Galca and the Viscounty of Galca. 
Though officially known within the Duchy of Gol-Kasha as "Castle Galca", the ruins so named are neither technically a castle nor do they realistically belong to House Galca. The ruins predate the Vekhen invasion of Gol-Kasha, and are believed to have been of Ihmisii construction as little more than a northern hill-fort outpost. The site was constructed along traditional pre-Plains Era methods, including large inset foundation stones with leanto cap stones covering over the site.
The "castle" was in ruins by the time it was discovered by the Aomeni settlers to the region, and was largely left alone until House Galca was raised to nobility and given control of the Viscounty. It is believed that it was renamed "Castle Galca" as a joke upon the humble origins of the House, though Sorin VII Albescu never officially commented on it, so this remains speculation. Though House Galca have never actually inhabited the site, it has become a common camping site for hunting parties sponsored by the House to range out from.
In recent months, one of the foundation stones of the "castle" has been reclaimed from the swamp and set within the centre of New Glod by Viscount Augustin Galca, who claims it is enchanted with spells of fortune and resillience that will help the community to rebuild. The Scofflaws believe it may be engraved with Discordant runes pointing to the Demon Lord Mu'stahcl.
