Enforcer

Enforcers are the hired henchmen for the guild-families, maneuvering in the space between the guild-families, the Ossan National Guard, and the law. Though most of them are mere thugs with cudgels sent out to break legs or skulls or property, a few act as bodyguards, security, and investigators. The most trusted enforcers served as couriers for important missive between guild-family matriarchs and patriarchs. However, enforcers are overall expendable.
STORY
Despite being Stutd Vorcien's daughter, Kissandra Vorcien is relegated to the position of Vorcien enforcer because she is his bastard child. He sometimes uses the role as a punishment for her, giving her lowly enforcer responsibilities, such as tracking down thieves, to remind her of her place within the family hierarchy.
The Dorlani have an army of enforcers reputed to be amongst the most dangerous in Ossa. A group of them attempt to burglarize the Hyacinth Hotel, but they are all killed by Baby Montego when they fail to drug him properly.
