Castle Hill Garroters
The Castle Hill Garroters are a small-time gang aspiring to be a guild-family. They deal in stolen property and are led by a petty crook named Iasmos and his two sisters Dorry and Figgis, though Madame-under-Magna insists that Dorry was the real leader. They have a reputation of being dangerous.
STORY
The Castle Hill Garroters stole a shipment of cindersand from a Vorcien riverboat, hoping to sell it. However, the Vorcien family send their enforcer Kissandra Vorcien to their warehouse in the Castle District to recover the stolen goods, where she kills the Garroters easily.
