Tieflings
Tieflings are the humanoid children that are born with an Infernal spark inside them. Any humanoid race can produce a Tiefling, if an ancestor had a relation with a devil or demon. That bloodline can eventually emerge as a teifling child.
Tieflings are often reviled or even feared by communities, thinking they are a curse handed down to them, not seeing the child for what they really are; a child who did not choose their ancestors.
Basic Information
Anatomy
Tieflings are humanoid creatures that look very similar to their parent's race, with a few small differences. Tieflings will often have red, purple, blue, or even obsidian black skin tones, horns and a forked devil's tail. Some may have hooves for feet, or long nails that are almost claws.
Genetics and Reproduction
A Tiefling is made when a person has sexual relations with a devil or demon and gives birth to a normal child. That child now carries the Infernal legacy in their blood and their children, grandchildren, or great grandchildren could be born a tiefling.
Two tieflings, of whatever parent race, will produce a tiefling every time.
A regular person and a tiefling have a 75% chance of producing a tiefling child.

Tieflings mature around age 16-20, and live for around 200 years.

Interspecies Relations and Assumptions
Tieflings are often reviled and feared as devils or demons themselves by those less educated or suspicious. As such, many Tieflings find smaller communities and rural homes to be difficult to fit in.
Larger cities and ports offer a broader range of thinking and are often attractive to someone looking to blend in with the wild, exotic, and downright weird, people that congregate together.
Many Tieflings will band together, seeking safety in numbers, growing reclusive and bitter towards a world that sneers at them or locks their doors in their faces.

Body Tint, Colouring and Marking
The most notable aspect of Tieflings is their skin tone and coloration, which varies from individual to individual.
Most Tieflings have a deep red skin color, but this is due from most being the descendants of succubi and incubui, where other devils may produce a purple or blue shade, and where some demons will grant a black, green or even yellow shade.
