The Stranded Sailor

The Stranded Sailor was a pub in Bersail, owned an ran by Rodrigo. He used it as a cover for The Leviathan Fleet, of which he was part, to keep tabs on the criminal underworld of Bersail and thereby gain influence in the city. The pub contained a living space, which Rodrigo started using when he started the pub, and later shared it with Jade.

Purpose / Function

Rodrigo used the pub to gather intel. Its positioning was convenient for traders, pirates and general thugs. An unspoken rule was that you would not fight at the pub, even if someone you were angry at was present. Rodrigo would try and keep his customers happy so that they would willingly spill information to him, which he could possibly relay to the fleet.
