Smugglers of magic 4: Book of death

General Summary

The session starts with the party trying to figure out the book. they don't manage to just figure out the book as the elvish it is written in is VERY old.
In an attempt to find something that can help they go to the stolen's black market. Flynran quickly sells one of the anti magic steel gloves they had. Jade finds a wizard selling spellscrolls where they get a scroll for a spell to translate the old elvish. Rhiannon tries to find somebody to send a message to Lyxsas but its too expensive for now
right as they try to leave, Efren comes up to the group. saying that they should be carefull with having the book, because hiding things from The Stolen will have repecussions. Efren basically threathened them.
the party then for the day quickly went to the hideout to say they would leave for the night. Icary says to have all meet in the morning at the ducks house. They then went to the stranded sailor. There they met Ealhild from the Fishmongers who also quickly made them known, saying they are watching too.
Rhiannon and Matsrur quickly talked privately about what happened over the last few days, and they cleared up their disagreements for now.
then the party as a whole talked on what their plan is with the current information, about how to continue.
the next day at duck's house Fièn and Eric talk, revealing Eric was a partner of Fien's unlce, and that he disappeared for crossing the Stolen, fien's cards gained more magic from the emotion.
The party after eating some breakfast goes out to go back to the hideout to start working with the book, however something happens As the party is walking back, there are no people on the streets, only a bunch of crows hiding everywhere. then all of a sudden a woman with a spear stands on the street, she says she is here to check up on Irial, she wants to see how he is doing, and acts generally a bit motherly, also saying she is the one who gave him this life. The woman then also says to look out an be carefull with the book the have, as much terrible can be done with it in the wrong hands. then she leaves but does leave the group with kelm a crow that can talk and can help the party out a bit as well as watch the party for Irial's patron.
then back at the hideout Jade learns the spell they got from the black market and uses it to read the book, flipping through it. it is a book of necromancy, having many necromantic spells in it as well as stronger necromantic rituals that could destroy cities or generally do other terrible things. with that the group decides they can't give this book away to anybody.
The party after learning the truth of the book make plans and decide their approach, since they agree they CANNOT give the book to any of the orginizations, but that they do need to prepare for the upcoming fights with the other gangs, so they need recources. During the conversation Irial asks Kelm to come, to look for Erlath, since they want to find him, to make sure they know where he is as the person they KNOW can use the book and to interrogate him.
Fien goes to talk to Icary Jade stays with the book Flyn, Rhiannon, Irial and Matt go look for Erlath the wizard
the session ends after 2 days, roughly around mid day as the party goes to look for Erlath. this was the 40th of Crawen
