Icary

Icary was a Human man who was involved with the Smugglers of Magic. He was semi-trained as a physician and in the early days of the smugglers would run the Parafonos Blood operations which the gang would do.
He was an NPC in the Smugglers of magic campaign.
Next to Orlon who started the smugglers, Icary was one of the first members of the orginization.
