Role Play 002: Zaz and Kail
RP#2: Zaz and Kail (training hall)

Setting: Ironheart Manor - Ironheart Gymnasium, Training Hall, 18 of April 1178 FE RP starts with both Zazikel and Kail separately deciding to train after the stressful events of RP 1. Zaz and Kail full text
After the mess that had happened at the Tavern, Zazikel had decided to spend some time distracting himself by training. He decided on just some punches against a training dummy for now, something about sparring actual people made him feel awkward, atleast for now.
Kail finally managed to get his stomach settled down after everything had calmed down at the tavern. With that being said, he decided to go and stretch out in the sparring area, taking a majority of his possessions with him. When he made it over and got settled, he pulled out one of his rapiers and began practicing stances and swings at the other end of the arena.
After a few punches, Zaz decides to take a break and look around the area, scanning through the people there. He perks up a little when he sees Kail, deciding that training can wait for a bit and making a beeline towards him
Zazikel: "Hi! Sorry to approach out of nowhere! You're one of the people i met at the travern right, the one who was fighting with the fancy looking person? I dont think i caught your name.."
Kail had just started in on one of the dummies when he heard something behind him. Which caught him just a little bit off guard. In turn, he lost grip of the sword, and watched as it flew a few yards away and landed on the ground.
Kail: "Holy....Oh thank god it's only you.".
He managed to pull up a smile, turning to fully face him.
Kail: "My name is Kail"
Zazikel hurriedly takes out his notebook and pencil, turning through it before landing on his notes about Kail, adding the name quickly before closing it again and shoving it in his backpack
Zazikel: "Sorry to startle you like that!"
He awkwardly sticks out his hand for a handshake
Zazikel: "Im Zazikel! You can call me Zaz for short if you'd like!"
Kail let out a small breath he'd been holding for a second, shaking his hand gently before returning to his normal stance.
Kail: "You're fine....at least it wasn't that big brute. I'd much rather be startled by you than deal with him. It's good to meet you Zazikel"
Zazikel: "Oh trust me, i dont want to deal with him either!"
He gives a sharp grin, an attempt at a smile
Zazikel: "Had it not been for the fact that i want to stay here, id be trying to bite his head off!"
Kail's eyes widened. But not in a bad way. This gentle, slight giant, really did have a rough side. And honestly they could use that when emmit.
Kail: "Rightfully so. I was about to do the same to Len earlier before I found out that that guy is an even bigger asshole"
Zazikel: "Len..the fancy one, right?"
He hums quietly
Zazikel: "He startled me a little at first, but they seem nice! Atleast aslong as you dont get on his bad side!"
Kail couldn't help but roll his eyes this time.
Kail: "That's his every side, it seems. But at least we can all agree that the oaf needs to go, right?"
Zazikel: "Oh absolutely! That guy deserves every curse i can think of!"
Kail: "I'd say trip him with your tail. Say it's an accident. I'd like to give him a piece of my mind the next time I see the bastard"
He clenched his fist for a moment, annoyed that emmit was even at the guild in the first place
Zazikel taps his chin, thinking
Zazikel: "I could also try to freeze the ground under him with my breath, make him slip and fall on his ass.."
Kail: "oh please. I would pay to see it happen with my own two eyes. He's got to be knocked down a few rungs"
Zazikel: "Someday, someday we'll get a chance to get his ass"
He cracks his knuckles a little
Zazikel: "And i cant wait for that day to come!"
Kail couldn't stop the smile that formed on his face. He liked the way he thought, and spoke.
Kail: "Sounds like one hell of a good plan"
Zazikel looks at Kail with a glint of excitement in his eyes, tail wagging back and forth
Zazikel: "You think we could get all the people that were there that day to help us?"
Kail: "I hope so. We can't just let him keep pushing everyone around. He's nothing but a muscle boulder. We just have to push him hard enough"
Another big grin
Zazikel: "Or break him into pieces!"
Kail: "That would be too easy. His just desserts would be tripping on his own sword. What do you think?"
Zazikel: "The alternative for me is just bitting his head clean off"
He makes a small, disgusted noise
Zazikel: "But quite frankly, i feel like it would be a horrible taste"
Kail tapped his chin for a moment, trying to think.
Kail: "There's got to be something we can all do to get him back. He can't be allowed to continue his reign of terror"
Zazikel: "Im sure we'll find something eventually, considering we have.."
He counts on his fingers for a sec, before continuing
Zazikel: "Atleast 5 people, including me, who i know now hate the dude"
Kail: "We can plan a mutiny against him, Zaz. We can destroy him"
Zaz throws his hands up in a slight cheer, tail wagging all over the place
Zazikel:"Mutiny!!!"
Kail: "so you agree we should plan a mutiny and overthrow his authority?"
Zazikel nods excitedly, and his tails wags around for a second, before it whacks into a training dummy, knocking it over
Zazikel: "..Oops"
He lets out an awkward laugh as he looks at the now on the floor training dummy
Kail: "now just imagine that's emmit"
Zazike: "I dont think my tail is strong enough to knock him over..also i like having my tail not be cut off.."
He picks the training dummy back up, putting it back in its spot
Kail nodded again.
Kail: "Fair enough. It would probably take a really big log to actually knock him over"
He thought on it for a moment before speaking again.
Kail: "I'm sure we'll all think of something "
Zazikel: "Yes! We just need to give it some time!"
He does a little fist to palm action
Zazikel: "Like a roast!"
Kail laughed.
Kail: "A roast?! holy hell.....Let's make this roast worth it, eh?"
Zazikel nods excitedly, tail wagging wildly again
Zazikel: "Yes! Let's make this an excellent roast!"
Plot points/Scenes
- Zaz, after seeing Kail, decides to be friendly and approached him, scaring the Tiefling at first.
- Both immediately bond over how horrible Emmitt was to everyone.
- They jokingly plan a mutiny against Emmitt, 'planning' to include everyone who was in the tavern that night.
- The rp ends on a friendly note between the two.
