The Most Comedic Postmodern Article of 2020
I love postmodernism in all shapes and sizes. I've read Jorge Luis Borges, Orkhan Pamuk, Mark Danielewski, Vladimir Nabokov. But my favorite subgenre here is comedic postmodernism. My favorite author of all time is Terry Pratchett, a master of postmodern parody and comedy. I've read the Discworld series around 5 times, all 40 books, in two different languages. This is the reason why I offer you to link or write an article in this genre. The recipe isn't complex: take something universally familiar and explicitly stupid, twist it into your world and leave a ton of references throughtout.Example
In my other setting there is a Hell modeled after the one from Dante's Inferno, but in my case Hell is a country, with its own government, officials, institutions and corruption. One of the circles is a city called Dis, just like Dante's, but in this case it's an abbreviation. D.I.S. - Diabolical Informational Service. It's the same in Russian, by the way. And this whole circle was a commentary on things I hate about Russian political journalism, the professional sphere I was a part of for ten long years. The players participated in a political talk-show hosted by a demon called Kisleff, shot an ad for import substitution, participated in a quiz show a-la The Weakest Link and became poster boys for a huge internal propaganda campaign.Post your submission in the comments section and may the funniest article win!

Here we go; in a dystopian cyberpunk future, politicians are outlawed and there's a standing bounty on each and everyone of the bastards. So maybe it's not all bad.

Hi again! Sorry for short notice, this was known since last Saturday, but haven't got time to comment before that. The WE Celebration was postponed until February the 6th, and that's when the ACA winners will be announced.
