Grand Prince of Arrats
Prince Oberwerner von Offenweizen is one of the Elector Princes of the Stalic Empire. He claims the seat of Arrats, a position which his father won from Jahan Sattari after making an argument against his governing capability to the Council.
Prince Oberwerner contracted the services of Gault Harrow to eradicate a band of werewolves that had made their home on the lands bordering his property in Ivargrad. When Harrow instead began to live alongside the werewolves, having already taken the prince's money, Oberwerner was within his rights to have Harrow hanged. Instead, the prince sent him to defend the Empire from Giant attacks.
A short, rotund man with oiled back salt-and-pepper hair and a curled mustache, Prince Oberwerner wears fine clothes and many rings. A life of little trouble has kept him looking young for his age.
