Arrats is a Grand Principality of the Stalic Empire that presides over the country of Arrats.
History
Arrats has been a principality of the Empire since its inception. Historically, Arrats was ruled by members of the Sattari Family. However, after the untimely death of both the Grand Prince Heydar Sattari and his heir apparent, Prince Khorshed, the Empire's Council of Elector Princes made the decision to grant rulership of Arrats to the father of Prince Oberwerner von Offenweizen, bypassing the claim of Heydar's surviving child Jahan.
