The manufacturing facility for an old-world corporation apparently in the business of rockets and booster-craft. When the old factory was discovered in 2210, it was overrun by a fleet of autonomous security and labor robots who seemed to have been running the same endless routines for over a century. It took a lot of blood and more than a few close calls to clear out the facility of all of its robotic denizens, but that's nothing for a group of determined explorers to deal with.
Evidence found within the factory and its attached offices paint a picture of a company that dived head-first into automating its entire workforce for an unknown reason, and an even more unknown connection with the US military that seemed to be the tippy-top of top secret. Indeed, not even the CEO's personal keycard had sufficient clearance to access the factory's lower levels. Just what were they doing down there? The only person with high enough clearance to access the lower levels was one pre-war Lieutenant General Lafeyette Mattock. The facility's last (human) foreman left a journal behind detailing how he heard the "soldier boys" descend into the lower levels when the Great War began, but the ultimate fate and location of Mattock and his men remains unknown.
