Lafeyette Mattock

US Army Lieutenant General Lafeyette Mattock was, according to the security logs at the Erik & Sons Aerospace facility, the only person before the war with a high enough clearance level to access the lower levels of the factory floor. This "Somnus level" clearance outranked even the company's CEO.   As it turns out, Mattock was one of the lucky few who survived the Great War by taking shelter in a Vault; Vault 41 to be specific, where he was allegedly killed during a prisoner revolt. His only surviving descendant is Tavish, who kept a handful of his personal belongings with little love. Among them was a business card with a phone number of the Erik & Sons CEO, which opened the way to the facility's lower levels when called.
