Sariel and Nathxena are transported to a mysterious island in the Feywild. After a gruelling few days, they manage to escape back to the Material Plane.

While Sariel aids Nathxena discover House Helvirae plans from a sunken ship, the two are captured by pirates. A massive storm strikes the ship, and it sinks while Sariel and Nathxena are tied up belowdeck. Unable to escape, the two drown.

They wake up on a mysterious island without gear or clothing. They get to work surviving, but discover the island is inhabited by a number of unsavoury groups. While investigating a temple in the middle of the island, the two are trapped in flooded caves and drown again, but once more wake up on the shores of the island.

After escaping from a cult through more flooded caves, they discover a damaged apparatus of kwalish on the seafloor. They partially repair it, and use it to escape through a portal off the coast. They are attacked by sea monsters, and the vehicle floods. When they wake up, they find themselves on a beach just off the coast of Baldur's Gate, and return to Ardent Keep.
