Astrazalian
Astrazalian, the City of Starlight, is a fey settlement located on an island that worldfalls between the Feywild and material plane. During spring and summer, the city occupies a position in the northern part of the Korinn Archipelago in the Moonshae Isles. In autumn and winter, it worldfalls to the Feywild. The city is remarkably wealthy and extravagant, with many new constructions alongside centuries old ones. Its swan-shaped ships are some of the finest to ply the seas of the material plane, and the city is full of magic that makes its citizens' lives easier. The city is ruled by Lady Shandria, a niece of Titania, and is aided by the Council of Houses.
During the spring and summer, the city opens its gates to traders from the Moonshae Isles and Sword Coast, all the while easily repelling the occasional goblin or orc attack. However, in autumn and winter when it worldfalls back to the Feywild, the city often finds itself under assault by fomorians from the Feydark. The city is often damaged during these months, and is repaired during its time in the material plane. Despite this constant cycle, the city remains strong thanks to the Sword Guard and influx of adventurers eager to benefit from the city's wealth.
